I like to wear simple straightforward jewelry that helps me feel a certain way. Nostalgic, sexy, loved, powerful. Sometimes when I need a boost of confidence I’ll cruise through my collection and grab whatever moves me. Funny how we can put so much weight into an object. I want to make these objects for you. I want to make jewelry that reminds you of a special event, a person, a place, or a time in your life. Jewelry is the perfect gift, especially for yourself. I use high quality materials and always reach for recycled items whenever possible. Craftsmanship is of the utmost importance to create jewelry that will last a lifetime.

I’ve been making jewelry for over 30 years, riding horses for just as long, and climbing rocks since 2014. Every step in making my work is important; the idea, the sketch, the erasing, more sketching, playing with materials, getting proportions right, deciding the finish, and wearability. My goal is always excellent craftsmanship with attention to detail and work that resonates with the wearer. It’s a long process, but just like building your relationship with your horse or projecting a climbing route, it’s always worth the effort.

My Equestrian Legacy line holds a special place in my heart. Being a lifelong “horse girl” I have celebrated the joy these magnificent animals bring to our lives.
